I dont understand how they work, i thought they were a support class, but turns out they only buff themselves. Also, since this is the case, whats the point of the different types of buffs (such as archery spirit for example) when shrine maidens dont have the weapons and abilities for them (bow and its skills for dexterity buff (archery))?
