Off Campus Access

Banner 9 is only accessible on campus. Banner users who need off campus access must apply for VPN accounts. You may request VPN account from the Network Administrator, Marc Thomas: mthomas@lasierra.edu.

  • Login Credentials to Banner 9 are your Portal login credentials. Banner 8 login credentials are no longer needed.
  • Banner 9 works on any flavor of internet browsers.
  • Banner 9 works on almost all platforms and devices including laptop, tablet and mobile phone.

  • Banner Self-Service remain the same until Banner 9 Self-Service modules are installed. Please use the current Banner Self-Service.

Internet Native Banner (INB) 8 Status

Banner 8 will remain open and accessible until all custom forms have been converted and transformed to Banner 9. Banner users may continue to use custom Banner forms in Banner 8. NO BASELINE objects or processes are to be used in Banner 8. All custom reports must be generated in Banner 9. There will be no new upgrades, enhancement and development in Banner 8. It will cease functioning once custom objects conversion are completed.
